An Extraordinary Meeting has been called for Wednesday 18 June, 7pm at the Parish Hall to consider two items:
1. Planning response to P250980 / M – Minerals.
Proposed Western extension of existing quarry and consolidation of planning permissions. Leinthall Quarry, Leinthall Earls, HR6 9TR.
Please note – printed copies of plans, Planning Statement, Non-Technical Summary and Environmental Statement will be placed in the Parish Hall on the evening of Monday 9 June 2025. The Public is welcome to view these, but please do not remove them!
2. Finance. To consider payment of Invoice 1063 from Yatton Farm Services for drainage works undertaken at Lower Yatton U92403 at a cost of £5,065.00 net, £1013.00 VAT, £6,078.00 gross.
