It was agreed on 24 June 2026 that from 29 June 2026 the Parish Council will no longer upload Registers of interest to its website, it will instead link to Registers on Herefordshire Council’s site. The Governance Support team was advised on 15 June. It is believed the Registers will be updated in due course.
This is due to a change in legislation. From 29th June 2026 section 32A has been added to the Localism Act 2011 which requires that councils do not publish details of a member’s home address in public registers of interest unless an individual member explicitly requests it.
