Aymestrey Parish Council
Working on behalf of the community to represent local views, manage parish matters, and support life within the parish.
Who we are
The Parish Council consists of eight elected councillors, supported by a Parish Clerk who oversees day-to-day administration and ensures that all legal requirements are met. Councillors are local residents who volunteer their time to represent the community’s interests, address local matters, and make decisions on behalf of the parish.
What we do
Herefordshire County Council delivers most public services, but we act as a local voice for the parish.
How we work
We meet monthly to make decisions on parish matters.
All meetings are open to the public and include a public question session where residents can raise issues or ask questions.
When we meet
Meetings are usually held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, although this may vary due to holidays.
Confirmed dates are published on the calendar and parish noticeboards.

Where meetings take place
Meetings are held at
